About the Organizers: 

Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association – Greater Philadelphia (SAPA-GP) is a professional non-profit organization founded in 2002, which strives to serve the rapidly growing pharmaceutical professional community in the Greater Philadelphia area. Over past decades, SAPA-GP has established a broad member base range from global pharmaceutical companies (e.g. BMS, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Pfizer, Teva) to biotech companies (e.g. Alliance Pharma, Frontage Laboratories, PuraCap, Shire) and local academic institutions. SAPA-GP has become the premier organization in the region for bridging the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries of China and the US.

The Hopkins Club for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (The Hopkins Club), founded in 2012, was originally a student group serving Chinese start-up projects. Over the years, The Hopkins Club has been evolving into a gateway to innovation within and beyond Hopkins community. Now Hopkins Club serves as a professional non-profit organization that dedicates to the fostering of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem at local and regional. At present, the Hopkins Club have more than 10 individual investors and VC firms as well as 6 Entrepreneurship Park on board.
