The new coronavirus (COVID-19) is spreading globally in 2019, and has been declared a public health emergency by the World Health Organization. The recent epidemic situation in the United States has increased. According to the New York Times, this week (March 28), the number of people infected with the new coronavirus has exceeded 100,000, and more than 1,500 people have died. In order to control the epidemic, there are currently 24 states in the United States that have imposed a “stay at home” ban, which has affected at least 223 million people across the United States.

The spread of the epidemic has caused more or less changes in our study, work, and lifestyle. Faced with these sudden changes and uncertainty about the future development of the epidemic, have you ever felt emotions such as fear, anxiety, boredom, loneliness, anger, etc.?
